作用機制
Omegia® 是什麼？
Omegia® 採用獨特的標準化配方，蘊含沙棘果油和沙棘籽油，均衡分配所有不飽和脂肪酸：Omega-3-6-7-9。此外，它還富含多種抗氧化劑，例如β-胡蘿蔔素、維生素E和植物固醇，這些對人體健康至關重要。

Design: Randomized trial was conducted in 60 women of 50 - 70 years old
Dosage: Oral intake of 4 x 500mg sea buckthorn oil and topical application of sea buckthorn cream per day for 3 months
Result: Significant improvement in skin parameters:
- Skin hydration was increased by 49%
- Skin elasticity was increased by 26%
- Wrinkle was reduced by 9%

Design: Randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial was conducted in 116 women of 55 - 75 years old
Dosage: Oral intake of 6 x 500mg sea buckthorn oil or placebo (fractionated palm and coconut oil) per day for 3 months
Result: Significant improvement in vaginal dryness and health:
- 11% more subjects felt improvement in vaginal hydration than the placebo group
- 8% more increase in Vaginal Health Index than the placebo group
Another study also shows that sea buckthorn oil has positive effects on vaginal conditions. The details of this study are outlined in “Omegia® alleviates dry mouth” section below.

Dosage: Oral intake of 4 x 500mg sea buckthorn oil or placebo (Fractionated coconut and palm oil) per day for 3 months
Result: Significant improvement for eye health:
- 18% less subjects felt dryness in eyes compared with the placebo group
- 17% less subjects felt burning in eyes compared with the placebo group
